Piezo 35mm Elements Buzzer

Ceramic-brass type piezoelectric plate disc, it is also a piezo element. Can be used as piezoelectric buzzer when powered with audio signal, work as acoustic transducer when used to pick up sound waves, or work as vibration sensor when external force is exerted onto it.
You are expected to solder this with your own wires, ceramic element at the center of disc is the positive terminal, brass element at the perimeter of disc is the negative terminal.
